By accessing or using the Zanro platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Zanro is an online platform connecting professional and hobby drone pilots with clients seeking drone services. The platform enables pilot searches, job posting, and direct communication between parties.

3. Registration & Account

Certain features require registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. User Conduct

Users agree to: (a) comply with all applicable drone regulations (EU 2019/947 and national laws); (b) not publish misleading or unlawful content; (c) not interfere with platform operations; (d) respect the rights of other users.

5. Limitation of Liability

Zanro acts solely as an intermediary connecting pilots and clients. Zanro is not liable for any damages arising from jobs arranged through the platform. Each user bears full responsibility for compliance with applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All Zanro platform content (design, logo, code) is protected by copyright. Content posted by users remains their property; however, they grant Zanro a license to display it within the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

9. Age Requirement

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (EU baseline rule). If your national law requires a higher age, that higher age applies.

10. Account Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including multi-factor authentication (2FA) for administrative access, and we may require it for accounts with elevated permissions. Users must protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
